Malta u l-politika

Ittri ċċensurati u punti ta' riflessjoni politika.

“He (Dr. Lawrence Gonzi) said everybody was now seeing through Dr Sant and his gloom and doom scenarios.”

The Times 27.2.2006

Il-Partit Nazzjonalista ilu s-snin jakkuza lill-MLP li qieghed iqarraq bil-poplu ghax jaghtih stampa kerha tas-sitwazzjoni fil-pajjiz. Anke The Times ma toqghodx lura milli tattakka lil Dr. Sant minhabba l-kritika tieghu, u ma taqbilx mal-interpretazzjoni ta’ Dr. Sant dwar l-istat tal-pajjiz. Kemm il-darba smajna li l-Laburisti huma negattivi wisq, li jaraw kollox ikrah … li huma biss ipingu stampa ta’ doom and gloom!!

Xi kultant igieghluk tahseb li dan in-negattivismu huwa xi fenomenu vvintat mill-MLP biex jidher ikrah il-Gvern, u li mhux vera li ninsabu f’sitwazjoni hazina.

Nixtiequ nkunu nafu il-verita. Irridu naraw minn verament qieghed jaghtina l-istampa kif fil-fatt hi, minghajr tidwir mal-lewza, minghajr habi jew manipulazzjoni tal-fatti u minghajr bzar fl-ghajnejn.

Huwa minnu li f’Malta mhux vera hawn sitwazzjoni ta’ doom and gloom?

Allura jekk dan l-istat ta’ doom and gloom qed jammettuh u jgibuh b’idejhom in-Nazzjonalisti, kif il-PN jghid li din is-sitwazzjoni hija nvenzjoni ta’ Alfred Sant?
